Service Description

Repobility is an AI-powered repository analysis platform that scans code repositories for security vulnerabilities, code quality issues, tech debt, and architectural concerns. We generate quality scores, comparative benchmarks, and AI-powered fix prompts to help developers improve their codebases.

Account Terms

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
• Each account is intended for use by a single person. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
• You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

• You may only submit repositories that you own or have authorization to analyze.
• The free tier is limited to public repositories. Private repository analysis requires a paid plan.
• You may not use the service for any malicious purpose, including but not limited to scanning for vulnerabilities to exploit.
• Automated bulk submissions or scraping of analysis results is prohibited without prior written consent.
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions.

Intellectual Property

• We do not claim any ownership rights over your code or repositories.
• Analysis results generated by our platform are provided for your use, but the underlying analysis engine, scoring algorithms, and detection rules remain our intellectual property.
• By submitting a repository for analysis, you grant us a limited, temporary license to clone and process the code solely for the purpose of performing the analysis.
• The Repobility name, logo, and branding are trademarks of QatarIT.

Service Availability

• We provide the service on a best-effort basis and strive for high availability.
• No uptime SLA is provided for free-tier accounts.
• Paid plans may include specific availability guarantees as described in the plan details.
• We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Repobility is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that our analysis will detect all vulnerabilities or issues in your code.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• AI-generated fix prompts are suggestions only and should be reviewed before applying to production code.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your analysis data will be deleted, though anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for benchmarking.
